This session gives an overview of the Communication-intensive course (CiC) initiative at HKU.
- What is a CiC-badged course?
- Communication knowledge, skills, and attributes are taught alongside course content;
- Consists of communication-related course learning outcomes, assessments, and learning activities
- The session consists of two parts:
- Showing participants how to convert an existing undergraduate course into a Communication-intensive course (CiC) and prepare a CiC application
- Encouraging participants to ask course-specific and/or programme-specific questions
Dates: 27th Jan (Mon), 18th Feb (Tue), 19th Mar (Wed), 17th Apr (Thu) 2025
Time: 12:30pm -1:30pm
Venue: Zoom (The link will be sent to registered participants 1 day before the event)
Submission Deadlines: We accept applications all year round and below are the submission deadlines to the CiC Committee if the course(s) need to be badged within a certain academic year:
