To affirm the faculty commitment to CIC teaching, all CI-badged courses are required to be renewed every three years. The course teachers will be contacted about the renewal with all the course materials that were approved before, and they are required to examine the course materials again and inform us if the course has
been made any changes since the badging.

(1) If there are no changes made to the course, the course will only go through the CiC Committee and Faculty Board for badge renewal approval.

(2) If there are changes made to the course, the course teachers are required to resubmit the application with all the relevant materials to the CiC team and go through the whole process like a new application except for having only one peer reviewer to review the course at the peer reviewing stage.
