Students worked with external educational games consultants Press Start Academy to design analogue and digital games to teach citizenship, sustainability, corporate ethics, and other 21st century skills such as collaboration and critical thinking. The game design process stimulated students to think about their audience, understand the mechanics behind player engagement, and how to communicate through stories and play. Students also delivered their games in a play session to peers and teachers. Game design is a holistic task that addresses all the four literacies.
